Set in an air-cushioned pad for ultimate comfort, the brush uses a combination of natural and nylon bristles to smooth the hair cuticle, reduce frizz and create a sleek, polished finish.
Cover airhole at the top of the brush and then wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and leave to dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Remove loose hair with a comb. Can be used with a hairdryer.

nylon bristles have changed - they are now sharp (ouch!)
I just recently received a new D81M to replace one I've had for years (the handle finally broke on the old one) The New brush has very sharp nylon bristles (they are actually pointed at the tip) compared to the older brush. The new brush works great, but the nylon bristles will scratch the scalp if not careful.
