1. Lather half a teaspoon of powder and water in the palm of the hand.
2. Gently rub together. The powder turns into a delicate foam.

Be careful
This cleanser is harsh on sensitive skin. It does mattify, but I got large red dry patches which took several days to settle. I love decleor but this product wasn't great for me.
