Love it
I have used this eyeliner to give me a line on the water line under my upper lashes for years and have been very satisfied with the way it has gone on and happy it has stayed on all day. Long lasting
Eyeliner is easy to apply and lasts all day without smudging with it being waterproof. It can also do quite thin line, however, if you like very defined, extremely thin line, this might not be the best option.
