A one-off low review
Normally I love Lookfantastic and would generally give 5* on most things. However, with the gift card, you use it by entering the code in the discount box, which then reduces the value of the good bought so that free delivery doesn't apply for the purchaser. You are better off finding out what items the person wants and then ordering it directly. LF - it wold be great if this could be looked at and the gift voucher added as a payment option instead.
