Shiny sticky hair
I’ve only used the Color Wow Pop & Lock a couple of times so far, and I did find it felt a bit sticky in my hair when I first applied it. I think I probably used too much, so I’m going to persevere and try it again with a lighter hand. I’ve heard such good things about it, and I love other Color Wow products, so I’m hoping it just takes a bit of trial and error to get it right.
