After shampooing and conditioning or alternatively, wetting hair thoroughly, gently squeeze out excess moisture. Comb if desired. Spray liberally, section by section (making sure to spray underneath sections as you go!). Air dry, or blow-dry using a diffuser.

I have naturally curly/wavey hair. I’ve always used the original spray and I love it for when I do my blow dries. I heard good things about the other version of the product that requires to be hair dryed with tension so I got this curly hair version. I expected much more after all the hype. I'd say it does help with the frizz but only if you don't use any other products with it until after your hair is dry. If you're like me and need a bit of gel to make your curls sit nice for a few days than you can keep it for special occasions. Also it takes a really long time to actually soak every hair strand
