Best cleanser for heavy makeup
I use this usually as a second cleanser usually after a day of wearing heavy makeup. A little goes a long way and I also use a tiny drop to clean my makeup brushes, my skin always feels amazingly clean after using whilst being extremely gentle at the same time. A nicer feel than the balm I think.

Waste of Money
I love take the day off balm and presumed (incorrectly) that this product worked in the same way as the balm in a more convenient tube. It doesn’t. I made the mistake of using it to remove my make up including eyes!! Ouch! This product stings. All in all a bit of a pointless product in my opinion as you need to use a separate eye make up remover. Waste of money

Not a subsitute for Take the Day Off Balm!
I LOVE Take the Day Off cleansing balm! I am also very lazy, with regard to skincare. Read reviews that the Cleaning Mousse was an equally good product and thought "same product in a nice clean, easy tube, even better!" It's not. I slather the Balm over my face and eyes, it disolves everything in seconds, including waterproof mascara, which I then rinse off with a hot cloth. Job done. You CANNOT use the Mousse anywhere near your eyes (as it clearly says on the label, to be fair) as I painfully discovered. It is a very good cleanser, my skin feels soft and clean, no breakouts, or dry spots. However, I need to take eye make up off seperately. Way too much hassle for me. I've been using the last of my Balm as usual and then the Mousse as a double cleanse. Waste of money as my makeup, nor skin type warrants this. I've just reordered the Balm. So, if you're lazy, like me, three stars. If you're diligent about skincare and using specific products, for specific jobs, five stars.

I have very dry skin and used to using a cleansing oil as my first cleanse, this made my face feel quite dry afterwards but it definitely makes it soft.. unfortunately it also really stung my eyes!! So not a bad product but definitely not my fav. A little goes a long way though.
