I absolutely love this. I have used Cityblock 40 for years but this is far more hydrating on my dry mature skin. I use it as a primer under my makeup and allow about 10 minutes for the product to sink in and then I apply my foundation. It’s tinted so can be used on those makeup free days

Disappointing
I have combination skin and have used the previous City Block SPF 40 for over 20 years. As this is no longer available, I was happy to try the SPF 50 but unfortunately, I'm really disappointed with it. The SPF 40 was lovely to use and absorbed well; this SPF 50 doesn't absorb at all - I'm left with a slightly greasy-looking appearance/feeling (and I don't use much at all). It's unpleasant and make-up application is difficult. I won't be repurchasing this item. Clinique - please bring back the old formula!

I really like this so far. It’s slightly pigmented so you are not left with a really white tint on your skin. Subtle smell and sits nice under make up. I have normal to dry skin and I find this spf comfortable. If you had oily skin it may be too much. Nice size and nice price so if it isn’t for you, it won’t take long to use it.
