Clean clear skin
As a general rule I replace the brush every time I buy a new Clinique foaming cleanser. The brush is gentle and keeps blocked pores at bay. I find the brush lasts a lot longer if you only use it on clean skin and not to remove makeup (which with a brush you would only be rubbing into your skin anyway)
