Decent primer takes long to dry
Decent primer, certainly lengthens your eyelashes before applying mascara, it just takes too long to dry. It doesn't cause me any irritation so suitable for sensitive eyes/skin. Doesn't stop your mascara from flaking off though so I still look like a panda bear after a few hours
