Does not smudge
As someone with hooded eyes who needs a genuinely good waterproof mascara, this one never disappoints! It does not smudge and is not clumpy or heavy on my lashes. I go swimming with it on and it stays!

The best waterproof mascara
I have been using this mascara for years and have tested it in many situations. I can wear it to the beach and swimming and even a waterpark and at the end of the day my eyes are still perfect. It does not smudge at all. As you can imagine it is difficult to remove so you need to use an oil-based remover with it.
