Great for oily skin
Used to use this but as I got older, I dropped down to the number 3 but my 17 year old son was having trouble with his skin. Bought him every brand of cleanser, none which seemed to work. So when I was ordering my own skincare, ordered a bottle of this for him to try. He has been using it for 2 weeks now (after cleansing) and his skin is so much better.

Powerful stuff for congested skin.
I'm 55 and post menopausal. I'd never had blackheads in my whole life until I hit 50. Hormonal changes caused my chin to break out constantly and I had a daily battle against blocked pores developing into blackheads. I upgraded from lotion 3 to 4 and there's been a marked improvement. The pores are smaller. They aren't blocked anymore. The lotion is very effective and you can feel the strength. Its not for sensitive skin. Its a big hitter for blocked pores & congestion.

Clinique clarifying lotion 4
I've been using this a week and it seems to be working. I have had a massive overhaul on all my beauty products though so couldn't say for definite that it is just this product clearing my skin up. I also bought Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel. This is brilliant. On a scale of 1-5 I would rate it 10. My skin is so soft and clear I can't believe the difference in two weeks. If your skin is oily like mine I would recommend both these products, definitely worth the money.
