This mostly does the job, but it is a bit bland. It didn’t quite get all my eyeliner off (and I hadn’t really applied all that much), and it did make my eyes tear a bit, which is disappointing considering this is specifically for eyes.

Makeup melting Made Easy!
This balm is brilliant. It’s initial solid texture smoothes to a silky oil when warmed by rubbing it on to the skin. It loosens even the most stubborn make up including liquid eyeliner! You still need to wash your face with a cleanser afterwards. This is my new favourite make up remover. My skin feels so soft after using it too.
