I don't recommend it.
I bought it for my daughter. She has long thick hair. The hair roots are oily, like many teenagers. After washing with shampoo, my hair became dirtier than before. I had to wash it again with a different shampoo.

Great detox for short hair
This suits my very short, fine hair. Didnt lather up much on first application but got a nice foam on the second wash. Left my hair feeling really clean and not weighed down. I am not sure if it would be very hydrating for dryer/longer hair but for short oily hair its great. I didnt see an difference in long term reduction of oil as i still need to wash my hair every day but i still like it. Will finish the bottle but unsure whether it will be a repeat purchase for me.
