Images do not reflect true colour of lipstick
I ordered Desert Lily. The lip images used to advertise this lipstick look nothing like it’s true colour when applied. I’m fair skin, fair haired and blue eyed - it wears a pinky plum colour. I’m so fed up of cosmetics companies using misleading images to sell their cosmetics online. Unless you’re looking to replicate the 90’s/ 00’s plum looks I’d personally avoid.

WILD SENNA
I bought Desert Lily and Wild Senna. Wild Senna is more of a peachy nude and Desert Lily is more of a pinky nude. They are both beautiful sophisticated colours. They feel like silk on the lips and they're not overly shiny, and they last suprisngly well.

Desert Lily
This is my first Chantecaille Lip Veil. The shade Desert Lily is a lovely neutral nude pink. It feels like silk on my lips. It's not super shiny like the Dior Addict Shiny lipsticks, it's more subtle than that and is suprisingly long lasting. It feels like real luxury with superb quality as is the case with most Chantecaille products.
