Beautiful foundation
At first I was reluctant to buy this foundation due to the price but I finally took the plunge. I’m so glad I did. The foundation goes on smoothly and covers minor imperfections. I use it together with the blurring powder and find that I don’t need to reapply during the day. It’s the only foundation I own that is still there at the end of the day and there’s some to actually remove when I use my cleanser.

Beautiful cooling and creamy foundation!
What a fabulous product this is - I love to try new foundations and skin tints but always seem to come back to this A and then forget just how good it is whilst I’m trying other things. It has the perfect light coverage I’m looking for without being too oily or shiny and seems to have a slight pore blurring effect. Fairly good shade range (although could do with slightly more variety at either end of the skin colour spectrum). Wonderful luxurious gel like texture - and it seems to be relatively long lasting as well. One of my all time favourites!

Very good if you're into very natural no make up look
Tldr: This is a stunning foundation to perfect your skin whilst keeping a natural look. Very similar to Armani Luminous Silk. I have large pores, my skin is dry on the cheeks but oily on the T zone. I have yellow undertones but my face skin is sensitive, so I often have a lot of redness on the surface. This foundation really looks like my skin but more uniform. It's pretty sheer and could be considered medium coverage if you have already great skin (nothing to cover up, then), but redness still comes through. It melts into the skin in a way that it looks better but I don't need to re-add dimension to my face with any bronzer, blush or contour. I do need to bloat after 3h, just like with every foundation, so there isn't any oil control there, even compared to non-gel formulas. When I (carefully) blow my nose, it rubs off a little, but gracefully. It does not settle into my tiny wrinkles (I'm 32). The colour Alabaster is very close to the shade 4 from Armani luminous silk (my holy grail), with a slightly more peachy undertone. It is so similar that I wore them on either side of my face and it didn't look like I had different colours on. I rarely wear foundation and upon very close inspection, my husband said the Armani one has a "slightly more powdery effect" whilst Chantecaille looked like I had no foundation at all (except I looked less red and a little "airbrushed" compared to my natural skin), so Chantecaille wins this battle, but not by much! The Armani luminous silk foundation is very very comparable to this one, and much cheaper. So I am giving the Chantecaille future skin gel foundation 4 stars.

This is indeed a very light weight formula, a lot more than I expected. Initially it does give a luminous glow , after 2-3 layers I just found this did not sit right on my skin and it definitely did not last on my skin, it lasted about 3 -4 hours and then it looked like I had nothing on my skin and had just left the colour pigment. I would definitely not purchase this again, it’s definitely not worth the money. It may have skin care in, but for the money I’d rather invest in a better moisturiser with spf and use a better foundation that lasts. Also do not go by the foundation shade guide, it said I would be matched to shade cream but It was way too dark and warm for my skin. I always use high end foundations and I was excited to use this product, but I’m so disappointed.

Good to make a natural look!!!
This is the second one I purchased. The Future Skin Oil-Free Foundation is perfectly fit on my skin and made a natural healthy look. When I want a natural make up, just put a thin layer on my skin, it made my skin glow and a bit more brighten. It covers so uneven skin color well when you apply a bit more, it gives good coverage. Overall I love it a lot. Especially I wear it whole day at work, and it stay pretty well with me. When I want my skin looking a bit brighter, I use Alabaster, when I want an after tan healther look I use Ivory.
