I absolutely love this hand cream and can not be without it. I suffer from awful dermatitis flare ups on my hands and this really helps keep in under control. I apply every night and it has probably reduced my flare up by 80%. When I do have a flare up now I apply this a couple of times a day and it really helps to settle it. It’s a great price. I just wish it was available in a larger size

No bells or whistles here, just a simple, fuss free, fragrance free and gorgeously moisturising hand cream that is a cut above the rest. It's cheap but unlike other cheap handcreams, it doesn't contain any irritants. If I had a free designer brand offered to me in place of this, I'd still stick with this one. That's how good it is.
