Salicylic Acid and Lactic Acid gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells and soften rough areas of skin, taking care not to disturb the skin’s moisture barrier in the process. Ceramides help to strengthen the barrier of the skin and lock in a layer of moisture to prevent further patches of flaking or dryness. Though rich in texture, the cream is non-greasy and avoids leaving behind an unpleasant, sticky residue. Boasting soothing properties and 24-hour hydration, this face and body moisturiser is highly nourishing and can be applied to psoriasis and eczema-prone skin.

Didn’t work for me
I bought this as I was hoping it would help make my strawberry legs look better but after using it every day for a fortnight it hasn’t made any difference at all. It’s a good, thick moisturiser but it leaves the skin with a slightly tacky residue that’s not particularly pleasant. I gave it 3 stars as I also used it on my décolletage as my skin can sometimes look a bit bumpy there, especially if I’ve been out in the sun, and it does soothe it and make the skin look a little smoother.

Better than expected
Initially I was a bit hesitant to apply this to my face as previous reviews say that it can sting/cause mild irritation, but I gave it a try and ended up absolutely loving it! I have dry and VERY blemish-prone skin and to my pleasant surprise, I experienced no irritation whatsoever but instead woke up so super moisturised and plump skin with a notable reduction in the tiny bumps that were all over my face. If you have dry / blemish-prone / bumpy skin, I would 200% recommend this cream. (Patch test first though)

SO GOOD FOR PSORIASIS!!
I bought this originally for my acne prone oily skin. I thought it would help with smoothing out the skin on my face and reduce my acne as it contains salt comic acid (which is amazing for acne sufferers!) although I found it stung ever so slightly and made my skin feel a bit itchy. It was also very thick and didn’t feel too nice on my face (probs would be ok for someone with dryer skin but I have oily skin). I therefore decided to start using this on the odd psoriasis patch which I often get from time to time on my legs. WOW! Within one day of applying this to the patches, there was a significant improvement. The bumpy dry, itchy, red patch had become just a flat red patch. After around 3 days of applying this cream the psoriasis was GONE. All that remained was discolouration which has began to fade over time. Will continue to use this on dry areas of my body (but not my face) and my psoriasis patches. It’s great!

In the past year I've needed to use salicylic acid products to combat possibly hormonal spots. I use this every night and my skin is very clear compared to not using a salicylic acid product.
