I use this as my daily moisturiser after my morning shower because it dries down quickly, I can dress straight away and there's no sticky feeling. I get really dry skin and I always feel so much better after putting this on.

I love CERAVE and this is one of my particular favourites -it can be used all over the body not just the face and by getting this large size I can use it on arms- legs- face- shoulders. It is a light easily absorbed milky lotion for everyday use . I use this in combination with a heavier moisture cream from Cerave as well as Waleda skin food cream. My skin has nnever been so soft and healthy!

Little.goes a long way
It's unscented and makes my skin feel soft. But if you've got some Sensory issues it feels really greasy when you first pump it out. A little goes a long way as well. I use it as a nightly facial moisturiser so don't know what it's like as a body lotion.
