Not so fond of cinnamon
This tea bag is definitely useful for my health, but have to say the taste of cinnamon is too strong. Hardly can i find any other smell or taste of fruits like berries. If you like the taste of cinnamon, you will enjoy it.

PLeasant tasting tea
This tea really is lovely to drink, hot or cold. I've been drinking this everyday now for 2 weeks and I have noticed a reduction of fluid in my ankles and feet. And because I'm quite frugal, I can brew two cups from the same teabag and I find the second cup is just as tasty as the first. I am enjoying this so much I will continue to buy and make sure I do not run out.
