Natural hair
I love this product, my hair was super curly when I was younger and I always wanted it to be straight but as I’ve got older I wanted to get my natural hair back and this has helped with getting my natural hair back slowly and I love it.

I have wavy hair, and I agree with some other reviewers: whilst it can enhance curls, it can also weigh them down and produce a 'too much product in the hair' effect. The trick (as described by one reviewer) was to put less than I thought I needed. After many tries, I think I have found the right amount to put in, and the effect works better. I still think it's a bit too creamy for my type of hair, but the smell is so delicious (and the bottle so big!) that I'll stick with it for now.

Absolutely one of my favorites!
It makes my hair so moisturized which is what my hair needs because I suffer from dry hair. I love it so much it smells incredible. It lasted on my hair for 5-6 days it's insane. This is such an effective yet cheap cream that gives lovely curl definition and hold. No frizz! Not hard or sticky! Tropical scent which is quite strong but don’t let that out you off. Much better than many more expensive brands. Recommend!

Not great for fine curly hair
I love the Cantu range and have used a lot of their different products whilst working through the Curly Girl method. This cream wasn’t great for my fine curly hair. It’s really moisturising so would be great for thicker curly hair but I found it weighs down finer curls leaving them looking limp and over moisturised. I’ve found that the Cantu gels and custards work better on fine curls.

I'm 3 months in CGM and I can say that this is by far the greatest product I have used. Really enhances curls, do not weigh them down. Also, hair looks good even on second and third day. Totally worth it!
