Life changing
I’ve always suffered with acne prone skin. Have lots of scaring, redness, large pores and generally quite textured skin. I have ALOT going on. Saw this on social media and thought I would give a try. Apricot Glow? What glow?!!
What an expensive and disappointing mistake this was! Like the other reviews, I believed the hype but went for the Apricot Glow over Sunny Flash, as I have a fair complexion. I honestly do not see the point of this product at all. It has a strong artificial smell to it, which I would have overlooked if the finish of it had been worth it but it’s not. Once applied, it looks as though I have nothing on my skin at all, I can’t even see any shimmer! Do yourself a favour and save your money!

I bought sunny flash after hearing all the raving reviews, however I am really disappointed. The colour isn't flattering at all and it gives an orange tone to your face (not a golden glow!). Additionally, I have found it really patchy, and doesn't give an even complexion. Lastly, I find it quite difficult to work with especially around the hairline as you don't want an orange streak.

It looks really dark in the bottle but as you apply it to your skin it blends in beautifully and just gives you an instant glow like you have been in the sun. It warms the skin up and leaves a lovely dewy finish, definitely can be worn alone but for those who like coverage you don’t get much with this but I just add concealer where I need it. Read before purchasing apricot glow
I read a lot of reviews on this product and being very fair skinned purchased the apricot glow version as the sunny flash reviews suggested it’s quite deep in colour. I found the smell pleasant not over powering or lingering at all.. if you don’t like perfumed scents or rose scented products in particular be aware. Every great review I’ve seen is for the shade sunny flash only, but usually you assume the same product in a different shade will be the same product.. just a different shade, however it’s not- there is no colour to this serum it’s just shimmer so I’m unable to wear alone there’s no coverage or colour which is what I wanted and hoped for after reading reviews. I’m disappointed as you assume the product is the same but lighter in colour? There is no colour..therefore it has different uses (which I feel should be marked in the product description that this shade provides no colour) if you’re looking for a nice shimmer as a base only this is good, if you’re looking for an alternative to foundation as so many of the reviews suggested get the sunny flash and just hope the shade isn’t too bronzed for fair skin? It’s a shame they don’t have smaller versions to test so you don’t waste your money.
