Finally, a good butter

I'm pregnant, the eight month, and I've tryed many products for belly and strech marks. Some were better than the others, but neither have solved the problem with the itchy and irritated skin completely, until I bought Burt's Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter. This is great, it calms my skin and it absorbes quickly. It doesn't have any scent, which some may not like, but I guess if you feel sick while pregnant, it's a good thing.

This is the best from off oils and creams I've tried. Rich, not oily and the skin is soft and moisturized the whole day. Smells nice as well.

quite nice

I bought this Burt's Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter at 33 weeks pregnant when stretch marks started to appear on my hips and under bump. Very soothing on itchy skin. Not sure if it prevents stretch marks as they were already developing when I started using it but I haven't seen anymore. However I still have 5 weeks to go so fingers crossed. Doesn't smell perfumery which I found a shame as I expected it to smell nice but its good if you don't want fragrance.

Working so far

I wanted something to help prevent stretch marks that was all natural. I've been using this Burt's Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter for 7 months and so far, it's prevented the dreaded marks. Guess the real test comes over the last 2 months. It absorbs quickly (great for the humid climate I live in) and doesn't have a strong scent. All in all a good all rounder for a decent price.

I like it!

I really like Burt's Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter! I was wondering if it would be too thick for what I wanted, and therefore a bit difficult to put on. However, I really like the texture and the way it goes on so smoothly. For me, this feels like something in between a lotion and butter, and is more like a creamy consistency. I'm expecting my third child, and have never before had any stretch marks. I bought this because I wanted a good moisturising cream.

Absolutely love it!

Bought this product after being totally disappointed from a more expensive stretch mark oil that had been using till then. Unfortunately for me, stretch marks had started appearing since the third month of my pregnancy and the premium brand oil I was using did nothing for me. I bought Burt's Bees Belly Butter during the sixth month of pregnancy and not only have I noticed no new stretch marks ever since, but now, well into the eight month and after almost 2 months of use my stretch marks seem less red and more faint. Would totally recommend this.

Highly recommended

Have been using twice daily for last 3 months, now 6 months into pregnancy and no signs of stretch marks or itching (so far). It's odourless also which is a plus. Will continue to use.

Don't know how effective it really is because I'm only halfway through my pregnancy at the moment but I appreciate that it doesn't have a strong smell and it sinks in rapidly and leaves skin soft.

Love this cream!

I am really glad I bought this. The big stretch cream brands are are bio oil and palmer's cocoa butter cream. I didn't want an oily greasy belly that my clothes would stick to and I hated the smell of the palmer's stuff. - When you've got morning sickness, the last thing you want to smell of is white chocolate! Yuck! This cream is the answer! It doesn't smell, it soaks in quickly and leaves my skin feeling really soft (and stops the itching!) I read online that the only ingredient that is actually proven to help prevent stretch marks is Vitamin E - which this contains. I will definitely keep using this throughout my pregnancy.
