Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Shampoo: Apply to wet hair and massage into a lather. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Bumble and bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Conditioner.
Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Conditioner: Apply to wet hair after shampooing with Bumble and bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Sulfate Free Shampoo. Leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Since using this my hair has become softer and has a healthy looking shine, the frizz has almost gone.
