Bobbi Brown's No Smudge Mascara in 'Black' is a long-wearing, waterproof mascara that expertly defines, curls and lengthens lashes from root to tip.
The buildable mascara can be applied sparingly for a natural finish, or built upon layer after layer for an intensified lash look. Its patented brush coats every individual lash evenly without risk of clumping, smudging or flaking; lashes look elongated with maximum curve appeal (with all day, ten hour wear).
Wear alone or layer over other mascaras to render them instantly waterproof: it's 'a raincoat for lashes'.

Brush through lashes, starting at the base of the lash line, working up the length of lashes to the tips. Apply a second coat if desired. Remove with Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover.

The best waterproof mascara.
I don’t have oily skin but even with good skin prep for some strange reason I suffer from smudging of mascara. I’m 54 now and have spent years trying every waterproof/smudgproof mascara out there. This is literally THE best, it does not budge. Perfect formula, I also have short thin lashes and it makes them look long and full. It can get a little dry towards the end and maybe doesn’t last quite as long as some other brands, but overall it’s worth this slight fault because it’s just so good.

The best waterproof mascara
This is hands down the best waterproof mascara. I have annoyingly smudgey eyes and have spent years finding the holy grail of waterproof mascaras. This is it. It’s good for lengthening and thickening too and lasts all day without going flaky. The tube doesn’t last quite as well as some others, e.g., dries out/thickens, but it’s so good I forgive that.
