Doest budge
I got a small sample of this liner from my friend and knew I had to get a full sized one. For me liners have always smudged within a few hours and I look like a panda. I have now been using this for several weeks and can safely say this doesn't go any where. I love that is matte and that you can get a very thin line with it. I will certainly be repurchasing it again

My favourite brown eyeliner, I usually but the travel size just because I prefer the smaller handle when applying but it doesn’t seem to be in stock anywhere so got the full size which is much better value I guess, applies easily and doesn't transfer or smudge.
