So you can just use clear mascara to set your brows, right? Why would you need this? Weelll, try using clear mascara alone if it's hot and humid, if you're out clubbing, if you wear sunglasses... That brow you've spent ages perfecting - and brows are important right now - will simply rub off. Proud of the brows you create? Then you need 'Ready, Set, Brow!'.
