Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle. Open the ear loops away from the mask. Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

Works like a dream and came back for more
I first received this through the LF advent calendar which I very much liked. i went to a store to try to purchase it as i needed it soon, but turns out I got another brand by accident, it was different and wasn't a massive fan of it. I came back here to purchase it again and absolutely love it. It has a pleasant chamomile scent, easy to hook around the ears, and the mask sits nicely in place. I have used it on flights (I saw that they were selling it on flight which was more pricy and I was so happy to have brought it with me) and have used it at home too to fall asleep.

As someone who suffers from chronic headaches these are a godsend. From personal experience using other brands I find that these stay warmer for longer and fit a little better overall. A must have for long flights or even just for an occasional pamper evening. The scent is really subtle too which I appreciated as sometimes fragrance can be a nightmare with a bad head!
