Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle. Open the ear loops away from the mask. Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

Warning eye mask
Fab product. Very comfortable to wear. As they heat you can feel your eyes and body relaxing. I have used them when I have had a headache and it had really helped. I also bought a box for my aunt who works night shifts in the hospital. She loves them after work to help her get to sleep.
