Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle. Open the ear loops away from the mask. Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

These are one of my all time fave beauty products! They are such a great idea and quite unusual. They are SO relaxing - I use them when my eyes need refreshing, when I’m ill with a cold, when I can’t sleep and have even taken them to a spa! I’m always surprised by how nice and warm they get. They have a slight smell which is gentle and relaxing.
