Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle. Open the ear loops away from the mask. Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

These masks are perfect for dry eyes and at the same time they’re quite relaxing - I sometimes… okay most times put them on at bedtime and it’s so relaxing that I fall asleep and they’re not hot enough to cause damage - just a completely relaxing experience. Tried one and it was so hot I could barely tolerate it for a minute. It made my eyes irritated and it felt claustrophobic. Don’t understand how anyone could enjoy this. I certainly wouldn’t think it’s advisable to sleep whilst using them. Also the camomile was undetectable.
