Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle. Open the ear loops away from the mask. Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

I love these eye masks! Find that they really help me get off to sleep. The warming feeling is very relaxing and they smell great. The scent is quite mild though & for me I’d like it if they were a bit stronger but overall really happy with the product!

These are the best warming eye masks out of all the ones I’ve tried …. These actually smell amazing. They’re super relaxing and have very soft tabs to place behind your ears rather than strings so they’re very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering these again.

I really wanted to love these as they are cheaper than others I have tried in the past but I really do think unfortunately you get what you pay for. These felt cheap and the smell wasn’t very relaxing which is a real shame.

The mask warms up gently once you’ve put it on. Very relaxing but a little loose even though the straps fix together at the back of your head , would be nice to have different sizes so you can get a better fit around the nose and cheeks
