- Cleanse the skin with water
- Remove the patches from packaging
- Place under eyes, with the thinner part of the patch in the inner corner of the eye
- Leave on for no longer than 20 minutes

They feel uncomfortable under my eyes which affects my ability to relax when wearing them but then I’m easily agitated, so it might be just me.
