I had huge expectations for this shampoo, and although it was good for my extensions it didnt lather up well at all resulting in me using more than needed as I love the feeling of my hair all shampooed and washed well, when unfortunately I didn't get this from this shampoo. however it did leave my hair feeling great

Nice shampoo but the pump doesn’t work
I ordered this shampoo as I had new Beauty Works hair extensions over the weekend. The shampoo itself is lovely, it smells really nice and leaves my hair and the extensions feeling cleansed and silky smooth. The biggest problem, and the reason that I can’t give 5 stars, is that unfortunately the pump doesn’t work. This issue makes it really difficult to get the product out of the bottle and I found that I was losing a lot of the product when I was trying to tip the bottle up to get it out of the bottle, which is very disappointing. If I could get a replacement pump head then I would definitely give 5 stars for this shampoo, but unfortunately the packaging of the product really lets it down.
