Working to absorb excess oils, the pressed mineral powder combats an unwanted shiny appearance, while helping to reduce the look of pores and creating a unified skin tone. The silky formula is enriched with pineapple extract to visibly brighten, while peony extract and sugar-derived squalane hydrate. Housed in a mirrored compact ideal for on-the-go use, the foundation offers a photo-ready, mattified finish.

Good product
I used this powder for years and I really like it. On its own I find it drying, but when used to set foundation or for touch ups doesn’t affect my skin. It doesn’t have a strong scent, last good amount of hours.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was weary at first of using a powder foundation as I can get very dry skin from powders but after reading reviews I thought I’d try it. I went for colour Fair 15 Neutral. Firstly, i highly recommend using a dampened sponge to apply this as it goes on so much smoother! Coverage is excellent, and I mean so so so good! And it lasts! I completely forgot I had it on and almost forgot to take it off before bed because it’s that lightweight and comfortable, doesn’t crack in the slightest. The only only downside is finding the right colour, there’s so many so I would suggest using bare minerals website to find the match with AI first which I didn’t do! I bought the wrong colour, it was slightly too yellow but I have ordered a shade lighter Fair 10 Neutral as the coverage and comfort blew me away. Highly recommended just find the right colour.

Really easy to use and gives a good coverage. I always come back to this as so easy to use and works. I use a brush to apply as I think it gives a better coverage but sponge provided is good for on the go.

I usually use the original mineral foundation but I thought I’d try the bare 16 hour powder foundation . I was happy with the coverage and how it blurred my pores making them less noticeable. It really is a Matt coverage which will take a bit of getting used to. The shade I got was a little too dark but will be perfect for the summer months

Bare minerals bare pro
Nowhere near as good as the original, while I search for a better replacement this will have to suffice. I have tried with a wet sponge, which is slightly better than using it dry with a brush. I have already used almost half the compact in about a month, so it won’t last as long as the original.
