Apply the mask in thick layers to the face and neck. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes and remove the excess product with a cotton pad.

I use this twice a week roughly and it really compliments the other products I use (BHA, retinol etc). Gives my skin a bit of a glow and even though it is quite fragranced it doesn't bother my sensitive skin.
