Aveeno dry skin relief
I love the Aveeno range anyway and usually use the cream oil version. I bought this one during an eczema flare up on my hands. This really helped to calm it down and hold some moisture in the skin. I do find if you apply too often that it can pil off sometimes and the texture was a little bit strange, almost felt filmy on the skin at times but all in all I’m happy with how it helped.

Not worth it
I bought this as it said it was for super dry and itchy skin, but found no more relief than if I’d been using my normal moisturiser. I also found with these pump bottles that it’s impossible to get the bottom 3+ inches of product out, but that if you cut the top off you can’t use it quickly enough before it forms a crust at the top which then is unpleasant and doesn’t melt into your skin anymore. It absorbed very quickly without feeling greasy, but I noticed no improvement at all despite using twice daily. For the price you don’t get much, as it absorbed so quickly that I couldn’t actually effectively spread it either.

Mixed feelings
The smell might be a bit weird for some, but it really smells a bit like oats :) The cream is nice, but to me, the texture feels a bit light. I wouldn't say I have noticed some big moisturising improvement, so next time will probably try another one. Thus for people who like a lightweight body cream, this might be the one.

I love how thick the cream is, it keeps my face well moisturised. I use it as a body cream too but make sure to not use too much as it is a thick cream, but great if you have dermatitis!
