Not great
I love Aveda products and really wanted to love this. I have long fine straight hair and found this product made my hair very difficult to comb through when wet. It also made my hair tangle easily in the day. I trying this on 3 occasions and each time I had the same result. I read one other review that said the same but everyone else raves about it, perhaps it only suits certain hair types.

Curly girl with extensions looking for a silicone, sulphate free heat protestant has been a nightmare. Found this and was delighted. Smells strongly botanical but nice. Big bottle. Spray is more direct less of a mist but doesn't matter as you apply to wet hair and brush through. Found on a day it rained I used a bit much maybe it made my hair rigid but brushed out easily when dry. Odd. Maybe good if youre looking for light hold too

I love this product
I find my hair is quite fickle and will like a product for a while and then suddenly decides it doesn't like it anymore. But this stuff has been a consistant win for me. I use it liberally after I wash my hair and it leaves in shiny, full and healthy looking. (Just for reference I have fine, coloured hair that I style quite a bit with GHD's.)

Cannot relate to the positive reviewa
I normally have naturally and healthy straight hair, maybe it doesn’t work on my hair type, but it makes my hair feel absolutely disgusting and dry. It leaves my hair with a weird texture and it feels like straw; I only use 2-4 pumps and I let my hair air dry. Cannot fathom how good the reviews are and why I cannot relate on any level.
