Dark shiny hair
This Aveda Black Malva Colour Conditioner really works! I hope by using it long term, I won't have to dye my hair so often as I've got lots of grey hair to hide.

I've only used this a few times - it does what it says on the tin - just beware that it can create quite a mess in your shower as the product itself is quite black which you can see for a while on your hands after!

I bought this product as not living close to an Aveda clinic I wanted to try and prolong the colour treatment I had recently done. I had read reviews about the product staining etc. so by precaution I used throwaway gloves. Thankfully there was no staining neither on me or in bathroom... Definitely something to use between professional colouring to help maintain colour.

Cool tones at last!
For so long, brassiness and warm (gingery!) tones have been my biggest hair hassle. I dye my hair a medium brown, and after a few washes, no matter how ash/cool the dye, it starts to turn warm again. I've spent forever searching for a toner that I can use without having to go to the salon, and I've finally found it. I left this Aveda Black Malva Colour Conditioner on for 20 minutes as my hair was quite warm, and when I took it off...voila! Beautiful, shiny, cool, dark hair! The smell is gorgeous too. This will be my staple hair product from now on!

Black Malva The best Product I have ever used on my hair
I washed my hair with the black Malva shampoo first then put on some disposable gloves and added the conditioner. I left it on for about 5 minutes as I wanted to tone down brassy highlights. Rinsed and it worked! It does exactly what people said it would. Cheaper than going back to the salon and my hair looks amazing. It has enhanced my natural deep brown hair and worked like a salon toner to correct the brassy highlights. It has also toned down any grey so it looks like I don't have any now!

Good but not so special. Other conditioners may be better. Did nothing for the colour o my hair but did stain my hands. Try washing your hand using an exfoliant or body scrub.

Great conditioner
Really please with purchase, this conditioner brings out the dark colours in my hair and makes my original colour last longer .... Great smell too :-) it doesn't stain my hands as it suggests in other reviews, I wash it off as soon as I've rubbed it into my hair, leave it on for 5 mins and wash out, so simple with great results.
