Get a flawless, radiant complexion with the Astalift Light Analysing Moisture Foundation. Created by FUJIFILM, Astalift is an award-winning beauty brand that uses advanced light analysing technology, similar to that used in photographic film, to give skin an even and smooth complexion. The foundation recognises changes in light, whether you are in the office, outdoors or dark, and reflects accordingly to minimise the appearance of fine lines and dark spots.
The lightweight foundation is enriched with Astaxanthin to maintain moisture levels and guarantee hydration throughout the whole day. Its innovative formula contains collagen, an important structural protein in the skin and a key ingredient used in photographic film, which works effectively to boost radiance. Provides SPF25 to shield skin from harmful damage so you can experience healthy-looking, luminous skin with a long-lasting and natural coverage. E.N.

Fantastic foundation
I have tried many many foundations and I'm yet to find one that comes close to this. It just makes my skin look incredible, it photographs beautifully as you'd expect given the origins of the company. The only difficulty I can see is with the shade range, it only really caters for the palest skins. No issue for my NW20 skin but anything deeper I think you'll struggle. I've got seriously oily skin and this lasts pretty well (not even Estée Lauder double wear lasts on me). I honestly love this foundation so much, can't sing its praises enough

Beautiful foundation
Lisa Eldridge uses this foundation in her tutorials, so I thought I'd give it a go. I have fair NC20 skin, bought shade Sand (second to darkest) and this is very good match for me. I did a bit of research first and it seems that the shades alternate depending on the undertone- 1 being ligthest with pink undertone and 2 being lightest for yellow undertones. For reference, I use Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24 foundation in shade 010 Alabaster. The foundation is very nice in texture and creamy with medium coverage. The overall look upon application is quite flawless and evened skin. I would say it's more suitable for normal to dry skin, but I have combination skin and when properly set it stays put during working hours. It reminds me of Bourjois healthy mix foundation (not serum) but without the grey-ish undertone from Bourjois vanilla shade which is good. This is my go-to foundation when I want more dewy look. Would recommend.

Flaky
I do not like this foundation. I have dry skin and this foundation emphasizes every flake. It makes my skin look patchy and does not sit well on my skin.

Good foundation
Have been pleased to find that l can still get Astalift foundation in this country. Have used this for some considerable time and think that if it is applied with a brush it gives a good coverage, light or heavy that is your choice. My only complaint is that there are no colour charts available. Samples would be a good idea. Otherwise good buy.

Great Foundation
As a makeup artist and constant seeker of good quality makeup, I pride this foundation very much. It looks weightless and like skin, while giving a reasonable coverage and building nicely. Back when my skin was severely dehydrated and dry, This foundation gave me a long lasting hydration boost, stopping the regular dry out that foundations tended to do on my skin. Now that I have combination skin, I do still like this foundation a lot but have to take measures to prevent oil breakthrough in specific areas. This is as simple as a mattifying primer (Benefit Matte Rescue is my favourite so far) and a slightly heavier powdering than the rest of my face. This foundation powders down extremely well or gives a light dewy "looks like skin" finish without a powdering. Using this on dry skinned clients, I like to use a setting mist over top (Makeup Forever Mist and Fix) to lock it in and keep it performing perfectly. It blends effortlessly, using fingers, blending sponges or a brush and it sits beautifully on the skin. The shade range is okay, but is the reason that I gave 1 less star than perfection. As a person of extremely pale complexion, I have always had to lighten it which can slightly alter the formula and change the SPF of the product. If you're considering it and you find your skin to be dry-combination, definitely give this a go. Giving you a photo filtered appearance all day long and the hydrating boost with skin support that we could all use!
