For best results, use at least twice a week, or as directed by Doctor. Shake well before use. Rub a liberal amount of product between the palms and distribute throughout hair and scalp. Work product through hair and massage scalp with fingertips as you would a conventional shampoo. For easy detangling, carefully comb through hair before rinsing co wash from hair. Rinse and repeat if needed. Follow with conditioner.

Dry scalp
Fantastic product for cowashing dry scalp. Reccommend only using on scalp though, take about 5 minutes to massage into scalp before thoroughly washing and scrubbing out. Then use another conditioner for the length of the hair.

I love, love, love As I Am. My hair is fine and thinning and As I Am is lightweight enough to not drag my hair down. I follow cgm and recently had an itchy scalp, so decided to try this. It worked. It's amazing. I normally use the coconut co wash, but use this intermittently when I feel my scalp needs it.

Only for scalp
My scalp is always very itchy and this product is just perfect for that! Do not put on your hair, though, just massage it into your scalp and rinse. Use another product for conditioning. It took me 2-3 washes to see and feel the difference.

The first few times i’ve used it, i didn’t like it.it was harsh and hard to detangle with. So i’ve stopped use it. After a while i’ve gave it another chance. And i liked it, did it need time to adjusf? I can detangle a bit better with thenbefkre Its good on my scalp and my hair feels moisterized. I still wish it had more slip though. But my scalp likes it.
