Directions of use:

This product is amazing. If you are someone that suffers from anxiety/insomnia/stress, this product is for you. I describe this product as a sedative. It will calm you down and help you sleep. You only need one cap full in a bath (add it to the water once the bath is run) if you don't have time for a bath you can apply it to your body before getting into a warm/hot shower. If you don't have time for a shower, you can use it on your pulse points when you go to bed to get a better night sleep. Yes, it's a more costly product but as a beauty therapist of 17 years you normally get what you pay for and this product is totally worth it. Think I am in my 3rd bottle. I have put friends, my dad, and my friends dad on to this product to help them sleep.

This is an expensive treat but worth it. I have bought this twice and get around 13 baths out of one bottle, you only need a capful and that creates a divine scented bath of silky soft oil that gently coats your skin leaving it soft scented, smooth and silky. I use weekly, setting the bathroom with beautiful candles and enjoy a blissful relaxing bath. The entire house smells gorgeous for hours, it smells like a top end spa, absolutely divine. It’s a real treat!

I've used 2-3 bottles of this. I use it after shower on the neck and shoulder while the body is not dry. It works and i sleep well at night. The smell lasts in the morning. It feels great. I'll recommend it to those who have trouble having good sleeping.

Original and best! Does what it says on the tin
I first tried Aromatherapy Associates products around 12 years ago, I've tried every oil in the range and the others are so so, I probably wouldn't buy any of them again apart from breathe if you have a cold! Deep Relax is an awesome product, it really aids a restful nights sleep, I'm yet to find a product that can actually deliver as well as this one. Expensive but worth it.
