Spray onto pillow and bed linen approximately 15 minutes before sleep. Sensible cautions: For external use only. Keep away from eyes. If material accidentally enters the eye, rinse well with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.

Smells gorgeous
I'm a big fan of pillow mists and have pretty much tried them all, some disappoint as they don't have much of a fragrance but not this one. Lovely relaxing smell and had a good nights sleep after using it, would buy again

Beautiful fragrance, very relaxing.
I have trouble sleeping. I have bought over the past 6 months about 8 different pillow sprays. This hands-down is the best smelling and long lasting of the bunch. Their range also do a bath salts and a pulse roller in the same fragrance and I bought these also. The whole range are amazing- I particularly love the scent of ylang-ylang that comes through the lavender. If you have trouble sleeping I would highly recommend.
