Chalky and barely pigmented
Really poor quality, even for a lower priced palette. Incredibly chalky, chunky glitter bits in every shade that create a ridiculous amount of fallout and look tacky. They’re not shimmery shades, just glittery. There’s also barely any pigment to them so only the darkest shades show up at all.
