Kérastase Ciment Thermique is the first heat-activated reconstructor milk for weakened hair. It works by strengthening the hair fibre internally and protecting the surface of the hair, smoothing it from root to tip, to leave it firm, supple and energised.

Kérastase Ciment Thermique is formulated with Thermo-activation, specially developed to use with heat, it increases the effects of the product by sealing the reconstructing active ingredients in the fibres; Vita-Ciment recreates the intercellular cement, strengthening the hair fibre from the inside; and Vita Topseal, a resurfacing active ingredient which reinforces the natural external protective layer. Hair is left firm, supple and energised.

Directions of use:

Apply to towel-dried hair.
Apply section by section to the mid-lengths and ends avoiding the root area.
Massage-in thoroughly and repeat finishing at the front hair line.
Detangle using a wide-toothed comb starting with the ends and moving towards the roots.
Do not rinse.
Blow-dry using a round styling brush.
Style hair using flat ceramic irons or tongs.

Bought this because of the good reviews. I have long fine straight hair, coloured and in fairly good condition. I don't see a massive difference or effect at all after using this product for blow-drying or straightening!?

Great for frizzy hair

Bought this product after reading rave reviews and I have to agree it is a brilliant product leaves your hair smooth and shiny, but not lank. It is the best straightening product i have used. Try it I am sure you will love it

BEST ON MARKET!!

This product is fantastic and so easy to use, hair is so much stronger, shinier and softer. The more you use the more your hair becomes protected making it easier to manage and straighten in the long term. I have naturally curly hair and since using this and Masque Age Recharge my hair is frizz free. Its defined ringlets when curly then smooth and glossy when straight.

Not bad - not god

I have long wavy medium thick hair. I use blow-drier after every wash and sometimes flat iron. I can not feel or see any differences in my hair when using this product. Maybe it does strengthen my hair, I don’t know, but my hair does not feel smoother, shinier or less frizzy.The pros is that it doesn't make my hair worse.

Great product - buy it

My hairdresser first introduced me to this product and it's fantastic. Of all the heat protectant / hair strengthening creams I've used this is definitely the best. I'll only ever use this product. Buy it!!

This is excellent!

I really loved the smell of this stuff, and using it before straightening has left my hair in excellent condition - defo rec this for anyone who uses hot straighteners on their hair to prevent frazzling.

Honestly, the best hair product I've EVER tried

This is amazing. I've got ridiculously curly hair (think Goldilocks style ringlets) which never really liked my GHDs. It was beginning to split quite badly at the ends and frizzed at the 1st sign of moisture in the air. Then I bought Ciment Thermique. Now my hair is not only healthier (my hairdresser couldn't believe the difference) but it really holds its style, even on rainy days (with the help of an umbrella obviously). I can't recommend this highly enough.
