The No.0 Bond Builder, for example, is a primer and should be applied to clean, dry hair. OLAPLEX No.3 is a pre-shampoo treatment which is applied to damp hair from root to tip. The treatment is left on for 10 minutes before rinsing, and shampooing as usual.
