Cleans well, lathers nicely, but dries out
3So after hearing all the hype about Olaplex I decided to try it out. I got a reasonable discount, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad. I bought the shampoo and conditioner but I want to review them separately. This shampoo lathers really well, you only need a little bit and it lasts for ages. It also smells amazing. I have thick naturally curly non coloured hair but it seems to dry it out and after conditioning I’m left with chunks of hair falling out which doesn’t normally happen with my other shampoo. My recommendation would be to see if you can get a sample first to see how it reacts with your hair before buying a rather expensive bottle of it.

Best shampoo
5Love this shampoo, been using it for a while now and wouldn’t use anything else. Only need a small amount so lasts for ages . Makes my bleached/coloured hair feel smooth and not starchy . Would highly recommend the conditioner and the smoother

The best shampoo I’ve ever used
5I had heard great things about this for years finally took the jump and bought the shampoo and conditioner and wow what have I done waiting so long! My hair is already is such better condition and lasts so much longer between washes without getting greasy or my scalp getting itchy! This will now be a staple in my hair care!

Will always be using this from now on
5I wasn’t sure what the hype was all about at first, but after using it consistently and getting through 2 bottles (they last ages by the way too), I didn’t bother reordering. Went back to a mix of supermarket shampoos, and other brands from off of here, and started noticing my hair wasn’t in as good as condition anymore. So went back to olaplex and it’s back to better condition. Definitely the one to stick too for me. And use it with bed head re-covery conditioner
