Hair breakage and turned dry rough

This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. This makes my hair dry straw like and it has started breaking so bad that I can see it everywhere, my pillow, my clothes. My hair was never like this. I feel horrible. Plus this is so expensive and I can’t even return it on look fantastic. I think this is one of the downsides of using look fantastic. I feel stuck having spend money on something that I can’t even use now. I need to send it back please

I love this shampoo although you shouldn’t use it daily apparently. A bad experience at a hairdressers resulted in my ends getting frazzled and this was the only shampoo that smoothed it down. I have to have regular breaks as my hair seems to ‘get used to it’ but I always end up going back though

I used this for months and moved to another brand and then when straight back to this. It’s lightweight and doesn’t weight down you hair - I have thin hair so product can do that to me. It made my hair smoother and thicker and cleaner. Great shampoo.
