nice shine but not lightening the color
Its is very light gel with some shiny particles that gives you a luminous look. I though this supposed to be color(shade) modifier but it is NOT. its has nearly clear color that would lighten your foundation if you mixed with foundation that too dark for you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not for deepening light foundations
Wanted to love this but found it awful. Turned my foundation really grey and ashy. Maybe this would work for already deep foundations, but to darken light foundations this is totally unusable.

Saves me from buying a new foundation!
Usually I’d have to buy a darker shade of foundation when I have a tan. But now I just use a couple of drops of the Olive shade in my Estée Lauder double wear foundation (shade Ecru) and it creates the perfect shade, without changing the consistency of my foundation! Would definitely recommend.
