5I'd read a recommendation for this product in the Telegraph [favourite product of one of the beauty or fashion editors] and it mentioned that it was a must for nibbled nails. I nibble my nails to tidy them up [they're soft and peeling] and lately they'd become quite sore. After two coats of this, they now feel very protected, and because the texture is different I have had no need [or urge] to nibble. They are growing. Back to Life sums it up.
